Fees and Agreements

As a boutique agency, we are able to offer several options to suit your unique needs.

Contingent Search/Permanent Placement

  • No fees are due until you hire our candidate.

  • Used for common, non-complex searches that do not involve confidentiality or an exclusive focus.

  • Fees start at 20% of the first-year base salary.

Retained Search

  • Recommended for your confidential, most involved or time-sensitive searches.

  • 1/3 of the fee due up front.

  • 1/3 of the fee due at the time candidates are presented.

  • 1/3 (balance) due at time of hire.

  • Fee starts at 25% of the first-year base salary.

Subscription Search

  • 6 month minimum commitment.

  • Contracted monthly fee to be paid over the term of the commitment.

  • Discounted per-placement fee.

  • Ideal for expansions or when you are anticipating multiple hires over an extended period of time.
